Do you have a parking lot?
We have a guarded and insured parking (for theft up to €30,000.00). The parking is 20mt from the hotel and is free of charge, at check-in an electronic card will be delivered (with a deposit of €10.00) that will allow entry and exit from the parking every time you want until the end of your stay.
How is the beach service organized?
The Hotel does not have a beach of its own, but offers an agreement with two beaches:
–37/38 Bagni Giuseppe at 150 m 2 minutes walk
–26 Playa del Carmen at 400 m, 5 minutes walk and close at the our Swimming Pool Adriapark
Soft All Inclusive service included an umbrella and 2 sunbeds, once you have chosen the preferred beach you will have to request at the reception a voucher to be delivered to the lifeguard who will assign you the umbrella for the duration of your stay. The files reserved for us are from 4 and above, to have the files closest to the sea you will have to pay a supplement directly to the lifeguard.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we accept small/medium sized pets. They can stay in the room with you and pass through the common areas except the dining room, for compliance with all hygiene standards and all guest lobbies. The beaches also accept pets, the beach n.26 has an area equipped for your pets. A cleaning fee of € 15.00 is required.
What services does the Hotel offer for young children?
- For your children in your room you will find cots and bed rails and on request bath tubs. Bicycle helmet and bicycle seats are available. Pushchairs are available on request.
- The kitchen is ready to meet the needs of children, are available past vegetables, vegetable broth to prepare baby food and a baby menu to satisfy the older children.
- In the dining room you will find: high chairs and baby cutlery and even the meal times are suitable for children.
- Entertainment from 3 years in the hotel 1hour and a half for lunch and dinner and Thursday evening with the fantastic Gina Maga. Entertainment also on the beach and in the pool.
Do you have entertainment?
- Animation for children: starting from 3 years, each day in the hotel 1hour and a half for lunch and dinner and Thursday evening dedicated with the fantastic Gina the Fairy, the Friday award ceremony of the best child of the week with mascot of the world Disney and baby dance.The entertainment service for children is also available at the beach and in the pool.
- Animation for adults: we organize themed evenings such as the Romagna evening where you can enjoy the typical dishes of our tradition, a gala evening Sunday Night White Fever where the dress code is total white, a tasting of local products with the possibility of purchase.On request it is possible to organize excursions with e-bike or only e-bike rental, guided excursions and not in the hinterland, tickets for theme parks.
Are there a swimming pool?
Yes, it is not inside the hotel, but a 5-minute walk to the entrance is private and for entry you must collect the wristbands at the reception which are then returned at the end of your stay. The entrance, the use of sun loungers and umbrella, the Jacuzzi and the water-slide are free for hotel guests. The swimming pool complex Adriapark is located in Via Marche 7, in addition to the swimming pool for adults and children has a fun water slide and Jacuzzi, large space for umbrellas and sunbeds and bar (drinks for a fee on site).
Do the rooms have a balconies?
The new-comfort rooms located on the sides all have a small balcony with table and chairs except 4 rooms where there is only the French doors. The Garden rooms and the Suite rooms have a nice balcony overlooking the gardens furnished with table and chairs. The Suite Prestige rooms have no balcony but a private terrace of 40sqm.
What time is the room available?
- The room is available from 12:00 p.m., should it be available in advance, you will be given the keys even before.
- If you arrive before noon and the room should not be available yet, no problem, you can still check in, unload your luggage at the reception and bring your car to the parking lot, waiting we can offer you a good coffee at the bar, an aperitif and maybe you can take a walk to get to know our beautiful Misano.
Until what time can I use the room on the day of departure?
Check-out must take place before 10:00 a.m. On request it is possible to request the use of a courtesy bathroom and the possibility to deposit your luggage at the reception, ideal to enjoy also the last day of sea and holiday.
What are the meal times?
- Breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00
- Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00
- Dinner from 19:30 to 21:00
- it is possible to request early times for children
What are the cancellation policies?
From 01/04/2021 will be required the deposit for confirmation of stay, in case of cancellations:
- up to 15 days before arrival free cancellation and 100% refund of the deposit (for certifiable reasons)
- from the 14th day HOLIDAY VOUCHER, possibility to re-use the deposit for stays of the same duration up to the season 2023
- periods from 05/08/2023 to 18/08/2023 and from 07/09/23 to 11/09/2023 are excluded from these possibilities
In case of early departure we will require the payment of the entire booked period with billing of overnight stays until the end of the booking. It will be evaluated, directly with the customer and with the maximum availability, a customized solution in search of an agreement that leads to mutual satisfaction.
